We have a covered car port adjacent to our home.  Other parking is available on site in the event your group has more than one vehicle. 

Guests arriving prior to 6:00 p.m. can pick up their welcome package and key from our Reception Office.  For guests arriving later, the welcome package will be available at the security station at the entrance to our community.  

Guest will receive information about our home and the surrounding area, as well as their keypad code, prior to arrival.   In addition, the Reception Office will provide guests with a welcome packet and a key for the entry door.   The Reception team is available during business hours (7 a.m. to 6 p.m.) to answer questions, make requested arrangements for tours/activities/restaurants/drivers/rental cars, and to meet needs for business services, supplies, and repairs.   The security team is available in person 24/7 and will contact Reception if there are any after hours needs that cannot wait until the office opens.  

New KitchenAid and GE stainless steel appliances and Grohe fixtures, as well as the well-stocked cupboards, make this kitchen as functional and welcoming as yours at home!  

Our community is the only development on this secluded beach.  Tide pools and forest bookend it. 

Up to six persons over 12 years of age.

Our home has a private jetted infinity pool with bench seating along the jetted end.  It is fantastic to sit in your favorite floaty with a cool drink as the waves swoosh in 50 feet away.   The howler monkeys make evening visits to the surrounding trees, and the roar that comes from these little creatures will astound you.  Our favorite time is sitting outside with our great Costa Rican coffee on quiet mornings.  The birds are active then and truly fun to watch.   

An English-speaking medical doctor will make house calls in the unlikely event he is needed.  Our 24/7 security staff or reception staff can help you initiate that assistance if needed.   

 Please note that the pool is not fenced, nor are the community pools fenced.   Supervision of children is required at all times.   A pack-and-play and high chair are provided.  

Everything you need to conduct routine business activities is available in our home or in our Reception Office.      
 

We are a retired couple from the United States and enjoy sharing our home and our love for Costa Rica.    Our on-site staff and restaurant  make every stay special for both us and our guests.   We welcome you to enjoy the best of Costa Rica's landscapes, biodiversity, food and people in comfort.    <br />
